Over the past 12 months, Jaden has thoroughly enjoyed working as an IT Technician at The Dean Trust. What he values most is the strong sense of teamwork within the IT department, where collaboration is at the heart of everything they do. Since joining, Jaden’s knowledge and skills have grown rapidly thanks to the supportive environment and collective approach of the team. Beyond their day-to-day work, the IT team also takes part in regular social events, helping to build even stronger connections and a positive team culture.
